Bookvisor (operated by Vista Labs Inc.) texts are a conversational way to work with your bookkeeping assistant — ask questions, check on your books, and get the account alerts you choose to turn on. Bookvisor does not send marketing or promotional texts.
What you’ll receive
- Replies from your Bookvisor assistant when you text it a question or ask it to work on your books.
- Account and bookkeeping notifications you turn on (for example, a heads-up when cash gets low).
- A one-time verification code when you add your mobile number.
How to opt in
You opt in inside the Bookvisor app. In Preferences, add and verify your mobile number, check the consent box, and turn on texts. We only send texts to a verified number whose owner has opted in, and your consent is never required to use the rest of Bookvisor.

Message frequency varies. It depends on how you use Bookvisor and which account alerts you turn on.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. This depends on your mobile carrier and plan.
Cancel or get help
